At Paw & Canvas, we strive to deliver your custom pet portraits with care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Production Timeline

• Artwork Creation: Once your order is placed, our talented artists will begin crafting your custom pet portrait. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the artwork to be completed.
• Customer Approval: After your artwork is ready, you will receive an email for approval. Production will not proceed until we receive your confirmation.
• Printing & Production: Upon approval, your portrait will be printed and prepared for shipment, which may take an additional 72 business hours.

Shipping Timeline

• Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Most items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of shipping.
• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timelines outlined above, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
