At Paw & Canvas, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each custom pet portrait is designed with care and personalized to perfection. To ensure you love the final product, we require all customers to review and approve the artwork before it is printed and shipped.
Because of this approval process, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders once they are approved.
Damaged Items
If your portrait arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging it arrived in
Once we verify the damage, we will be happy to provide a replacement free of charge.
Klarna Purchases
If you paid for your order using Klarna, your order may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
