How It Works

    Choose your favorite photo of your pet, upload it using our easy-to-use order tool, and place your order!

    Approve your custom artwork

    Within 1 to 2 days of placing your order, you'll receive a digital proof of your custom artwork. You'll be able to request changes or approve the artwork for production.

  3. 3.

    Receive your portrait!

    After approving your artwork, your order is sent to our printers for production! You can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

You'll receive a preview of your portrait within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order. While this is just an estimate, this tends to be the case for most of our orders.
Yes! We will send you a link via email to a digital preview of your artwork. You'll need to approve it or requests changes. Once you've approved the artwork, we will send it to production to be printed.
Despite our name, we can create portraits of your pets even if they don't have paws! All beloved pets are welcome.

Our frames are made from renewable semi-hardwood with four different high-quality finishes and veeners. Frames all include hanging hardware, making portraits easy to hang.
